The bedroom was a little too warm. The breakfast was very good. Overall a nice hotel with decent bedrooms.
Staff very friendly and efficient. Very enjoyable stay.
Lovely hotel and staff ,in good location to explore Maynooth the only disappointing thing was no view from our room but as we were only there one night this was not really an issue.
Lovely comfy beds - we were very comfortable in our room and the food was also really good - would definitely recommend the Glenroyal hotel to anyone. Many thanks for looking after us so well!
Customer service was first class, our babies food got stored in the kitchen fridge and was at hand anytime we needed something. Bar/restaurant staff very helpful with us having a baby by heating up food and getting high chairs. The high chairs could be reinvested in as we had three different ones through our stay and only one 100% operational but the service from the staff (can't remember staff names but a 40 year old man/ and young girl with brunette hair) made up for this. Pool was good but again maybe having a changing table in the changing rooms would be a good idea as I changed my baby on the ground with a few towels beneath him. Food in bar was very good and average. Steak dinner was great, Caesar salad didn't have Parmesan cheese over it which did say in the menu that it would. My wife loved the duck spring rolls and steak as well. Next evening both chicken and beef burgers were enjoyed by us. Prawns were nice but presented very randomly how about serving them mixed in sauce over some lovely fresh wheaten bread. Chicken wings were good but don't need salad on every plate. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable staff and great service culture throughout our stay which is the best thing and what would bring you back again.
